I have a question about viewing (or rather not viewing) some of the pictures/photos on this site. Some of my own photos I can no longer see. All I get is a box where the photo should be with a small red x in the top lefthand corner.
Is this happening to anyone else? Some photos in the same post are visible while others are not...mysterious. For my part, all I use are jpg files so I should be able to view all the photos that I posted.
Does anyone have an answer to this?

The photos are still uploading - there are lots of them! Over the course of the day all the photos should eventually find their way to the server.
The articles are also being uploaded. Those should be done sometime today as well.

| Took forever to upload the photos. They should be all up now. If you see any that are still not showing, let me know cause there could be some that were missed. I just finished the last batch late last week. |

There are undoubtedly more, but are they worth recovering?

Yeah, I just checked the server and a few files are in fact missing. I know Jim restored all he managed to recover. Note that although some images are displaying as broken, it's just because the thumbnail (small image) is missing, and if you click you'll still see the full-size image. I'm sure the opposite is true as well, but it's a very, very small percentage.

I've been up north for a few weeks away from the screen, so a belated Thanks Jim(s) for working on this and making the site in the first place. |
