Only sort of. You have the same problem as I do. Mountaineers with small waists and big legs do not fit non-adjustable harnesses worth a crap. Sport monkeys have no troubles because they don't have quads from uphilling for hours on end.

That's another reason I like adjustable leg loops. I suspect few people fit the exact proportions they estimate, and I like my leg loops to fit as well as they possibly can.
