Congratulations! A toast! to a long and happy life together for you and Tanis. And...
lots of great Trip reports for us to be jealous of.
Too bad your hike to the Great Karoo the great Kazoo? got rained out. I was in the Navy and going to Puerto rico in one month. Every day, at work, I dreamed of the rain forest hike. But, the day we anchored, the chaplain came on and announced that the trip to the rain forest was cancelled.....ready for this? due to RAIN. ??? what???
How does this happen? rain? turns out the road to the rain forest washed out. too funny!!
With the huge spray at the falls, I heard that if there is a full moon, you can see a
Moon-bow? kinda like a rainbow at night?
What a great trip report and amazing pictures! My favorite? the colorful turtle. hehe
Thanks for the great effort and for sharing such an amazing part of your life.

Oh too bad, looks like the swimming & diving sucks?!

I know someone that was born there in S.A. and travels there every year, as well as Namibia.
Tells be that hippo's kill many people each year, as well as the snakes. Lovely and wild.
Great honey moon.

Hi, Lobo. Didn't even know you'd gotten married!

Congratulations to you both. Looks like a great honeymoon, too.
