The United Kingdom will be providing the show tonight.

Everyone, those pictures are great, I'll try to throw a few up later (I realize I'm already way slow on this).

Burnaby Hiker, that capture in Squamish is utterly surreal, fantastic!

Some pics from a stormy Saturday night. It was pouring rain before and through the fireworks. Here are a few snaps, more so of the incredible sunset, haven't taken any stills from the fireworks vids yet.

You wouldn't expect the UK to be all that good with fireworks... but that was a great show tonight!

I think it was the best show so far. It lacked the drama over a thundershower, but it was creative. There were several points when the Olympics theme came up (London 2012). Ryan you caught a nice one of rings, the pace was best so far. Great suspense and encore.

I'm going to miss China on Saturday, my vote is for the UK.

I have to agree.. the best show this year yet!

Cant compete with Ryan's pics as I watched the show from my canoe on the water but I feel lucky any time I can get a shot to simply not blur while bobbing up and down on the water so here is one :p

Looking down from black mtn everything looked tiny. You can see how many boats there really are. Canada place is far left.

Thanks Ryan

Actually I kinda do wish you were able to take some shots because I thought China put on one of the best shows I've seen in years, including some pyrotechnics I've never seen before but was unable to capture from on the water myself..

A quick bite on the beach after pimping out one canoe and one kayak with lights...

A perfectly pink sunset for the 6km paddle out to the fireworks barge..

We found a floating dock to tie up to for the show so I tried to get some shots that included our boats but as for fireworks pics, I'm thinking on shore with a tripod is the way to go.

Monster, I love the shots from the Canoe, a much more interesting vantage in my opinion. Well done, you went 4 for 4 on the canoe?

I missed Saturday as well, have they announced the winner? Err, just checked, the message is stay tuned... Its been 2 days since the finale, how long does it take to judge a fireworks show?

Thanks splitboarder, and yes, I got to see all four shows from the water. As for the best show, I have to say that if China doesn't win, the fix is in!
