i thought it was a fine statement, alot of people go out and buy every possible supplement while neglecting nutrition when they should really be changing their diet. I admit it was phrased quite badly, im allltierit thougfn

My favourite run is Norvan Falls via the Upper Trail, returning on Cedar Mills. Lots of good technical ground, like a long obstacle course

Play squash with somebody better than you. You will be running all over the place.
