We have changed the day from Sunday to Saturday as the weather forecast doesn't look to good for Sunday.
The FSR is clear to 5 km as of May 11
We're planning an attempt on Mt Archibald from the north side via Bridal Falls FSR. We have room for two in our car. 4X4 required to drive as far as possible up this road.
Ice axe and crampons and should be brought along.
Meet at beginning of Bridal Falls FSR, about 1 KM east of Bridal Falls @ 8:00 AM

Stu

Sounds great, see you there on Saturday. Sunday's forecast does seem to be going downhill.

You will be able to drive to the 860m level, Mr. B. If the weather is similar to today (coolish), ice-axe and crampons are a definite. Didn't use the snowshoes or micro-spikes at all.

Be careful...a lot of snow holes hazards on some parts of the ridge.

Have a great time! : )

That's Great! We'll have to see how close to Cheam we can get.
