I've snowshoed a couple times up the Coq to Needle Ridge. The trailhead's at 1200 metres, but I didn't really hit anything substantial until closer to 1400 metres. The same was true in Manning as of last week as well, but there has since been a pretty good snowfall that went down to around 900 metres, and hasn't melted since, so I would think that at least logging roads would be somewhat skiable by around 1200 metres.
