| i'm just looking for others interested in walking around the ridges of gott, nogott, gotcha (blowdown-van horlick) in the upcoming weekends. it's a 30km traverse/10000ft elev change 3-4days in the summer but i think given the winter conditions above 8500ft, and the hassle of 2 car shuttle - i would opt to get in and out from the same point (no traverse). would anyone be interested in this this month (oct)? |

Hi Tash, I might be interested, depending on if/how much snow we get between here and there.
What dates are you looking? The w/e of the 16th doesn't work for me.
The 2-car shuttle may not be a problem, as I live in Pemberton, fairly close to the t/h.
I was hoping to get up there this year, and almost resigned myself to next year!
Let me know.
