hi there, i am considering a trip to newfoundland to hike the East Coast Trail this september. has anyone hiked this trail? i am wondering if there are plenty of tenting options or if the area is more developed/settled. my preference would be to bring my tarptent versus stopping at bed&breakfasts... thanks for any replies peace christopher |

| There was an article in The Vancouver Sun about this trail a few weeks ago. Did you see that? |

thanks trailflower, no i did not. i looked around on the Sun's website but couldn't find it... i did just receive some maps from the East Coast Trail's website and there are a few camping spots listed so that is a good sign. peace christopher |

East Coast Trail Article
Here's the article. I don't know what paper it is from as that wasn't included. And I just realized I cut off the right hand side. Just a bit, I'm sure you can figure it out.
