Heyas folks!! havent been up on the net for quite a while... but things here are a little different!

Kris and i have been travelling the northern part for the last bit instead of the macchu picchu inca trail (we´ll hafta do the south next time)

We´ve seen some cool ruins from pre-inca times... we also did a 5 day excursion with family through the cordillera huayhuash mountain range. The huayhuash is south of the cordillera blanca mountain range (where i think the highest mountain peaks are). It was sort of difficult and had to be modified due to altitidue difficulties within the group.. none the less we did it! When i get back to canada, i´ll be able to have some nice pictures for you all!! yay! glaicial lakes and snow covered mountain peaks and some llamas too! some of the altitudes we camped at were over 4000m... and the height of some of the peaks in view were over 6000m! Just incredible!! and there are lots of little flowers scattered in the valleys..

anyhhoooooo.. if you like i´ve posted my email reports about the trip so far on my website www.e2nd.ca .. the rest of it is in works right now, so please hold on .. and the key boards are strange here so i´ll just have to have a regular :) for yall!

cheers!

Wow! I just read your e-mails on your website. It's quite an adventure you're having.
Poor Steve. And poor you. Altitude sickness and all that bumping around on those roads.
You can share more details at the next CT dinner after you come back home.
Thanks for sharing.
