Here is another suggestion for those who likes to read & rest after a hike. First, I saw this book at Chapters not long ago. The price tag was retail. Too many to choose from, I didn't go for it. I passed by the BookWarehouse this week and saw it on special, this time at 5.99$. So, I bought it, read it and here it is. The tent on the cover first attracted my attention. It's a story deep in the wilderness, connecting with all living things.
"Rich nature writing, evoking remote lanscapes. It suggest profound metaphors about animal rights and intelligence, the role of science in conservation and the politics of extinction".
