If you have a 4x4 go do Lakit Lookout!!! Or Fisher Peak,Lussier hot springs you can get to with 2x4 but no hiking involved..............
White Boar Lake is beautiful, anywhere in the Purcell conservancy :)
That's eye candy land :)
You can also hike up the ski hill for INCREADIBLE berries, and views, lot's of bears.
Have a great time,do a trip report :)

Hi there,
I live in Kimberley, here are a couple suggestions:
Maus Creek tarns are quite nice and a reasonably short day. you can explore the ridge to the south to extend the trip.
Lakit is a great viewpoint and short hike.
Bear lake is beautiful, a bit longer than the other two.
Fisher peak is a good scramble, longer than the three hikes mentioned above.
all require some sort of high clearance vehicle.
have fun!

You can drive to the VOR tower on top of Puddingburn and do a little ridge walking. Road right to the top will save you lots of time.
