My brother was down from whistler and took him out for a paddle. And the internal piece on his bite valve snapped off ;( Seems north face and nalgene teamed up on these hydration bladders. And the hose is alot larger then others and the replacement pieces wouldn't fit from MEC.
With nothing to loose I called north face up and SNAP they where like ship you out a replacement no charge. WTF ? Expecting to see it come snail mail in 4 weeks it showed up like 2 business days from Quebec.
WOW!! thumbs up North Face..
Nice to see some companies are still standing behind what they make. Not like some other companies Optimus stoves jerks

I'm about to test NF...I have a number of jackets from them, but the zipper popped right off one of my favs....it was old, but I was told at a NF store, that I should send it in.
I did send them an email about it several months ago... and got nothing back....wasn't impressed by that...
It's good to know that North Face is standing behind their products. It's always a good idea to buy from big well-known companies when shopping for outdoor products.
