I was driving along Chilliwack Lake Road today and noticed that the gate was unlocked on Slesse FSR.
It was tempting to head up there. Anyone know if they are allowing access?
Someone had posted a while back that the gate would be opening. |

| the fsr had been left unlocked now for several weeks.u can drive on good gravel several kms to where the road has a left turn which goes across river which is gated.the road that goes straight will take u to slesse west side trail.its very overgrown now and bridge washed out a few kms in...bob |

| There was active blasting at the end of that road the day you drove past it. Cruised up there doing some scoping that day and came across a crew where the junction was. Also, the road crossing Slesse Creek has been gated at the bridge and the bridge replaced since I was last up there (brand new pressure treated lumber) which leads me to believe there is active army training in there again on the West side of the creek. |
