Eric and Stephen joined me on a fun ridge traverse from Barnaby to Southfork Mtn. The ridge divides the west and east Castle-Crown area and provides great views in all directions. Our trip started off with some fantastic bushwacking followed by a scenic ridgewalk. After about 3 hours we all stood on the summit of Barnaby, drinking Honey Brown to celebrate my 400th summit. We then traversed over to Southfork Mtn - our second peak of the day. Our perfect and easy day came to an end when we descended down to the treeline. We spent the rest of the day trying not to break our legs on slippery logs in the thick bush of southern Alberta. It was a special and memorable day out.

| Congratulations! A few of the vegetation heavy shots don't even look like they're from this continent. Neat area. |
