I made another trip up Tranquil river to film in the canyon yesterday. This time the water was much lower and the "pleasant waterfalls" were abundant. The day started out fairly rough as I began by tweaking my ankle and upon reaching the creek realised my camera was not packed. That being said, not much can dampen my spirits on a sunny day. Drove home, grabbed the camera and back out for an afternoon in the water. Enjoy the video!

Another great video. There is a trail inside the canyon which heads up to the rim. I use to do the opposite and park my car just up from the railway crossing then head off across the sagebrush land toward Tranquille Canyon then descend to the creek.

That is a fantastic video. Curious, how did you do the first "flying? down the river" shot? Editing trickery? Smoothly move camera on a pole? Wire? Jet pack?

@Solo- Thanks for the tip!! I will definitely be trying that out!

@Tim- Hey, that was you on the youtube comments :D For anyone who is mystified by the flying shots, its done with a pulley system on 200 feet of cord. Its homemade so the video quality is pretty shaky.. I'm sure pro zips are smoother but I'm Mr Jerry Rigged :D

Thanks Featherin! Glad you liked it.
