Hello All.

This trip is a go for Sunday, June 3 **Sunshine with few clouds 10 to 20% showers. According to Kellylegros report, presently access road is driveable to the 1000 meter level, with good consolidated snow to walk on.

View from Borden showing the summit and ridge.. Approach from right to left..

All who are looking for repeat of Kelly's adventure, welcome.

Meeting spot will be Vedder Crossing Bridge at 7:30 a.m.

Thank you Alex (Irkuntinian) for his gps track:

That's great; looking forward to sharing this adventure with you. That makes four people coming so far... I will be bringing some brookside's..... so once I get the final tally of fellow adventurers. I can plan.

So far I am good to go Karl. I am definitely planning to be there. I guess I deserve it, just like we were successful the second time at Mount Ford.

Richard.

Hello Yvonne.

Kelly's group did it in eight hours, so I expect we could do the same. Travel time would be about 30 to 45 minutes from Vedder Crossing.

Is this via the original approach from years back or a new angle and route?

Not sure of what you think of the original approach. I used the short hike approach, when we could drive a long way up from the east. I would think of this a relatively new approach.
