BC Hydro is having to purchase $millions worth of overpriced power from fish-killing run-of-river projects like Ashlu, Mamquam, Tyson Creek that it doesn't need and can't export.
Then again the Sun interviews a paid lawyer guy that's part of the this IPP problem and doing an effective job in damaging the fisheries we currently have for future generations. You only need to look at how the Vancouver Sun looks out for their corporate interests firstand nothing much beyond that.
