Tent is in excellent shape throughout. Comes with OEM bags but no stakes or ground sheet. Weighs 7 lbs 7oz according to the Eureka website.

the 4 season and price is tempting but the weight just won't work for my needs. Best of luck, it's a very nice tent at a good price.
