And here I always thought prisoners of war had bamboo shoved under their fingernails or electrodes attached to their naughty bits. Apparently, they are forced to ski through fluffy fresh powder snow.

I'm assuming you are somewhere north of Whistler. I noticed quite a difference in the quality of snow this week between Seymour and the Duffey area. There was more snow on Seymour, but Duffey had the powder.

That would be P.O.W. ...nope this is south of whistler.. Sun crusted yesterday but north aspects are still yummy...this is the 1 meter storm snow from this past week...

I sense a certain obfuscation here. Perhaps a deliberate ambiguity as to the location.

Can't you see the Tantalus Range in the background of the one picture? Pretty clear where the shots were taken.
