This is a call to ban hypocrites, the self righteous and sanctimonious. They insult others and complain when some one insults them. They take jabs at others and demand that no one takes jabs back at them. They focus on the negative, and then blame others for being negative. They had their chance to use ignore, but have not used it, they would rather complain.

I don't consider Club Tread a toy to be played with, I consider it a site to share your outdoor experiences with. A little more sharing of experience and a little less monitoring would be a good start. Try sharing your opinions less and your experience more, you might find a balance.
Happy trails,
Lynn

How dare you come into my banning thread with opinions about telling people not to share their opinions. BE GONE! BAN HER!!!

It's too bad people have ruined your online fantasy land escape. Here's a reality check. If you take the same amount of users that are on CT, and throw them all in a large party and have every one comfortable enough to start talking about their honest opinions on a range of subjects that they are passionate about, do you think they will all get along and agree with each other? Not bloody likely.

You should hear what happens when you take a group of climbers and stick them in a room together and then bring up bolting issues. Same as what happens online.
