Nice place to go. In all my journeys up the sechelt area I never realized just how far your arms have to pull you. It is also a great place to do night paddles.

I just got back from Sechelt inlet as well. The bioluminescence was really strong up there this weekend!

If you're Gumby, where's Pokey?

Good going team, this sounds like fun if someone else was doing the paddling.

Happy paddling,
Lynn

Nice
That could be a good way to approach and bag some of the more obscure peaks that are otherwise very difficult to access.

It was amazing strong on friday with the strong sun.

Nice area but Kunechin Point can get busy as the rental places give the people maps on how to get to it.

We were a big group, and we took it pretty easy. We heard "no fires" at Kunechin point, so we went to Halfway Beach instead. The campsite is huge, and other than us there was just one couple there. It's a nice campsite, with a nice beach - a good alternative if Kunechin is busy.

I have done numerous paddles into Sechelt Inlet. My favourite times are in the spring; late March early April & September around the Equinox. Both times of year you have the whole place to yourself; especially spring time.

I never tire of being in there. Already planning the spring trip :)
