What's going on?!?

The past few days when I post, I get the normal "Taking your post" and then the "Completed! Have a nice day!" screens. The only thing is now I never get beyond the Completed! screen. It just keeps reloading the same thing.

JIM!(squared, that is) WTF is going on here!

Damn. That feature is only half done. Jimbo, you forgot the:

if username = marmot then
log off
delete account
ban current IP
end if

oh well. now that you know about it, I guess we'll have to put it back.

To be honest, I'm not sure why it does that for you as of late. I haven't been having any probs myself, but then I have heard people tell me about the exact same issue that you mention. Its been a pain because I haven't been able to reproduce it.

That's OK, Jim.

I have my own piece of code:

If user not found
Start DDOS Target=www.clubtread.com
Else goto end
:end
Post annoying drivel

Jim, I just wanted to let you know that I'm experiencing the same issues as Marmot is/was with the whole 'endless loop' thing. I recently switched computers though, so it is possible that there is some kind of browser anomoly happening at my end. I'm running OE v6.0 if that helps.

I've implemented the latest version and fixes. Can you let me know if you are still having this problem?

Ok, now I have the following problem/issue...

Whenever I finish posting a message I'm taken back to the 'All Forums' index, rather than back to the message (or even the forum) itself. But at least the endless loop is gone

And just to beta test the website some more, I clicked on some of the picutures embedded in people's postings. Each time, whenever I clicked on the picture I was taken to the top of the message thread. In other words my screen jumped to the top and I was looking at the CT baner and all the navigation commands associated with the website.

The photo did not appear in the seperate window. In fact, the photo didn't appear at all.

Great work Jim. If I come across any other website issues I'll let you know.

Thanks Dave

The problem you're experiencing with the photos is because the photo upload feature hasn't yet been integrated back into the new code.

That and a few other features will be reincorporated soon.

PS - weird about your problem where it doesn't return back to the thread. Mine does????

Jim, I'm still having the issue of being returned to the 'all forums' menu when my message gets posted. And based on the lack of posts from the others, it would seem that I'm the only one having this issue...Strange eh?

On a side note, if I'm fast enough and try to click on one of the folder icons, I'm still returned to the 'all forums' menu.
