Mt Arrowsmith - drive as far up the road as you can get and then ski the rest. You can ski up the logging road up to the old ski hill and then up Mt Cokely. You can also ski off the roads and explore if you are so inclined.
Jordan River area - you can access snow from logging roads around Jordan River. Again, just drive as far up as you can get, then start skiing on the roads.
