Here are some pictures from a trip to nootka island. Don't mind the slow loading the pics load from a 400mhz that is also used for other things. The rest of the site is free hosted by spaceports. Sooner or later we will get real hosting. http://cgi-bin.spaceports.com/~geartrek/trips/nit_album.php

Please post your thoughts. Also check back in 3 days we are getting two more cameras worth of pictures up, of course some get left on the cutting room floor but these are the facts of very limited bandwith (an nobody wanting to see me shirtless more then once)

Great pictures.
How long did you spend in the Nootka? How was the weather and temperature? (Couldn't download the album where you might have these details.)
I wanted to do the Nootka Sound trail in September but want to get myself mentally, physically and financially prepared as I heard that it's a tough one and costs $$ if you're flying in with only 2 people.
Looks like you and your hike buddies had a great time.

the website album will be back up shortly we are switching over to a realhosting company. Look for nootka air on the web for prices. They fly 3 differant float planes with varrying capacity.
