I checked out the new Bicycle Skills Park on the Barnet Highway last night.

VERY COOL!

There are sections for drop, burms, big wall rides, ladder bridges, a cool "roller coaster" type circular ladder bridge track and also lots of technical obstacles (my fav) including some "suspension bridge" type things that are super fun.

I encourage everyone to check it out!

Looks awesome, thanks for sharing...

I seen this:

And had to look twice, as it appeared there was someone actually riding the bike up on that twisted pole in the background.

I thought the same thing.

There's stuff that's not far off from that in the Whistler bike park

Yeah that dude on the poles is metal, it's "art"

It really is like a little Whistler bike park in my back yard.

I was playing on the "easy" stuff, the hardcore stuff is further up the hill. There was this guy who was doing a photo shoot for PinkBike who was bombing down the whole course, hitting the 15M tall curved wall ride at top speed and exiting at the TOP of the wall, then flying about 20' before landing on what is supposed to be the landing for the drop sections. INSANE!

You can see the wooden "roller coaster" track, it's super fun, you can "pump" the whole thing, no peddling needed.
