Hello, its currently May 2008 (I say that because the only other east coast hiking partner request I have seen so far was from 2004.)
Im looking to hook up with a hiking partner out east. I live in Halifax Nova Scotia, have wheels, and have great flexibility regarding location of hike. I am interested in Kejimkujik, Musquodoboit, Cape Chignecto, Cape Split, Cape Breton, and more. Drop me a line if you are interested. I dont expect to hear anything back, but just in case, if you do wish to hike together, please ensure you have some experience and know how to pack your load. I will read your trip report. I lived in the Maritimes twice, once in PEI and once in New Brunswick. Have a lot of fond memories of the beautiful scenery and friendly people.
