Pretty much any of the sub-alpine trails in Manning Park should be ablaze with Wildflowers by now.

There are a few but away from town. Manning Park has many trails that lead to meadows (Heather Trail / Frosty Mtn). On this side, the Brandywine Meadows trail by Whistler is worthed to mention. Any hiking book would give you precise elements to explore.
