We are heading for our annual Rocky Mountain trip next week. Just wondering if anyone knows what the snow levels are doing?
We have heard the Presidents are in great shape - does anyone know about the summit ridge - how icy or ...???
After seeing all the great posts re the Northover ridge we thought we would also give that a try with a side day for Warrior (I think)- the park report sounds better than it has been(I check it every week) but can't tell if the ridge itself is still snowy. We'll go anyway but just wonder if it is a 4 pair of socks trip or more.
Looking forward to getting out and if any one has some advice I would love to hear it.

Ask the folks here:

They are big Kane afficionados and will have been out wailing on the scree in those areas.

Thanks Sandy for the site. Just got back from a glorious week - President was in great shape and the Northover ridge is mostly clear of snow. It was wonderful! Trip report when I finally get unburied from all the piled up work.
