St. Moritz are located out of Vancouver and make high quality sports watches mainly for diving but can be used in any other rugged outdoor activity (I use mine daily as well as for sailing/snowshoeing/fishing (when you put your hand in the river) - NEVER had a problem).
I have 3 BRAND NEW NEVER USED St.Moritz's (with warranty/box). They all come with rugged diver's band but can be dressed up to rival a Rolex with an optional steel band imho...also the watches only use top of the line Japanese/Swiss movements.
Watches come with a 2/4/6 year warranty...basically covered 100% for first 2 years than extended (with a small fee) if you mail it for even a battery change...excellent company to deal with.

These are watches that can easily last a lifetime - no bull. Nobody is tougher on watches than SCUBA divers, and the quality is up there with high end Seiko/Citizen and dare I say...Rolex. St.Moritz also builds watches for some well-known Swiss brands e.g. “Breitling” and “Revue Thommen”.

The first and second watch are still available and reduced a further $20 from final price....now $80 and $120 respectively.
