October 8 - Christy Field at Cape Chignecto Provincial Park, Nova Scotia (on the way to the ill fated and ultimately cancelled Cape Chignecto Coastal Trail hike)

Total for 2005: 28 (15 backcountry, 2 on the way to backcountry, the rest road trips, etc.)

Goals for 2006: More backcountry, over 1 month in bag nights
