Love these lakes! Those milky greens and glistening blues, I'm already yearning for warm spring days again. Anyways here are some unnamed ones from last summer:

Unnamed at head of Woden Creek-Selkirks

Unnamed at head of Potlatch Creek-Selkirks

Unnamed in Crowfoot Pass-Rockies

Don't know what kinds of lakes and tarns qualify for this thread but here are some ugly old ones.

Chehahis Lake.

Chilliwack Lake taken at 3:00 am. with a full moon. If you look closely you can see some stars in the sky.

Clear Creek hot tubs. Do these qualify?

Cultus Lake.

Deeks Lakes, Ponds and Tarns.

Fountain Lake.

Pics of Harrison Lake.
Tarn on the ridge between Hornet Creek and Harrison Lake.

Hayward Lake.

Jones Lake.

Kenyon Lake.

Lindeman Lake.

Liumchen Lake.

McGregor Range, pond and tarn.

McGuire pond and tarn.

Narrow Lakes on divide between the Willow and Bowron Rivers.

Good old Spoon Lake, spring and summer.

Takla Lake.

Tetana Lake. Driftwood river flows from it south into Takla Lake.

Small Lake on Savage Mountain, looking at Mount Sustat, head waters of the Skeena River.

Sikanni Range, frozen tarns and ponds.

Thorne Lake, NW end of Moose Valley.

Thutade Lake frozen, north of Johanson Landing.

Tomyhoi Lake.

Can't remember what this lake, pond, or tarn is called. All I know is that it is some where between BC and Alberta. lol! GET IT. Didn't think so.

Here's a few from a Needle Peak trip from June 2005 (I love going back and looking at my photos )

Tarn along the route heading in on a windy, overcast Friday.

*Tasty* Lake down below (my tent is the wee yellow speck on Trillium Island )

Another small tarn

My offerings:

- Small pond/catch-basin near the Liumchen Lake trailhead.

- Small pond near the American border swath, one mountain south of Liumchen Lake!
