I dont know if anyone else has been having trouble with the site recently, but since yesterday after-noon, I have been having difficulty accessing the site. In Firefox I get a message-box saying access was denied by server, and in Internet Explorer it just dosn't load... the weird part is 5 minutes later it will work; then sometimes while im browsing through the board, I'll click on a topic and I will get this problem again, sometimes it even does this with picture!

Does anyone know what this is?

Thanks, Sean

Same here and AT too. He worked on our TR for about 4 hours yesterday all to have it gone just two pictures away from loading the TR. He was not a happy camper let me tell you! . The text is saved somewhere else thank goodness but it's the picture loading and arranging that took much of the time ...

I don't even think we will attempt it until the site is working 100% cause if it happens again, no one will ever know about the Blinch Lake Project Saga!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No problems on my end. Both yesterday and today I popped in once from at work and again while at home.

Yeah, there have been some intermittent connectivity problems - and we're working to sort them out. You can always rest assured we've got state of the art equipment here at CT

CT's Server

Sorry to hear about your TR misadventures, Spunky

Here's the method I use for TRs, just fyi for everyone.

* Upload all the images

* Copy the code to notepad

* Write the report in notepad, occasionally copy/pasting back into the browser and hitting "preview" - just to make sure I've got the right text with the picture

* once I'm done, I hit "Post"

Not the easiest method - but saves a lot of work if the browser ever screws up! Also lets me save a local copy of my TRs.

I've noticed this with various sites in general over the last 24 hours. CT, yahoo mail and a few other sites. It's probably just a hicup in the matrix or a rogue program like agent Smith temporarilly up to no good. I'm sure things will soon be back to normal and you can go back to pretending that's actually steak you're eating. Swallow the blue pill and it's back to normal, swallow the red pill and there's no going back.

Story of our lives Jimbo! So I didn't know you could c/p the picture codes into notepad and that the pictures would reappear as they were originally when you paste back into CT ... cool! Will have to try that method from now on I think. Thanks for the tip

there's been a lot of worm activity on MSNmessenger via contact lists since Sunday I believe. Perhaps it's slowing stuff down a tad.

Oh I see the the problem Jimbo, ya gotta' push the little flower lookin' thingy on the keyboard where the windows key is suposed to be. Then look for a light on the front of the screen, that will fix the conection problems.

I'm getting all sorts of connection problems tonight too. First it connects, then it can't find the site... Very intermittant! Not just with CT, other sites as well.
