This hike from Clearwater Valley Trail leads north over Whiterabbit Pass to the Indianhead Creek headwaters and Headwaters Cabin, situated in Clearwater County. It begins by paralleling the Clearwater River, then branches gradually uphill northwest before beginning a steep ascent to Whiterabbit Pass. It then makes an easy descent to the Ram River headwaters and the Headwaters Cabin. The view of the frontranges from the old cabin is superb.
