Directions
Take the access road west to from the Icefields Highway to the Bow Summit parking lot.
Details
This is a short, moderate hike up to the summit with a great view to the south along the way. You pass the Peyto Lake lookout before beginning a steeper climb, so stop for the obligatory Peyto photo op. From here, the Timberline Trail begins its loop through a meadow.
