Created by the Western Canada Wilderness Committee to help showcase the area and establish support for the creation of Pinecone-Burke Provincial Park.
A rugged wilderness traverse/trek throughout Pinecone-Burke Provincial Park, from the Widgeon Falls area via Boise Creek Valley, Bull Canyon, and Mamquam Pass.
Although the entire traverse from The Widgeon Valley to Mamquam is sometimes referred to as the Fools Gold Route, this route entry will only discuss the route to Cedar Spirit Grove, where it connects with the Boise Creek Trail.
The Northern section of this route is known as the Boise Creek Trail (http://www.clubtread.com/Routes/Route.aspx?Route=313)
