Head up Lansdowne Drive past Guildford. Just after Scott Creek Middle School there is a gravel driveway on the left. Go down here to park in the lot. You can also park on Lansdowne a little further up and bypass the first section.

From the parking lot head west and pick up the path next to a elementry school. The path then heads upwards underneath the power lines. The steepest section occurs after you cross Lansdowne. Continue upwards crossing Lansdowne again, then David and Panarama roads until the trail ends at Eagle Mtn Road.

A trail goes off to the right here and ends at some houses after about ten minutes. There are other minor trails in this area. You can also walk further up Eagle Mtn road to the sub station and enter Eagle Mtn Park which gives access to trails on the upper Westwood Plateau and Cypress Mtn. A gravel road on the left just before the sub station heads west to the bluff overlooking Buntzen Lake and joins up with trails over there.
