BCFS lists trail as 1.7km one way. Not sure if it includes the final stretch of road from the gate area/main FSR. Plotting a route along the old road (topographic map) from the gate area to the summit results in a trail approx 2 or 2.1km long, one way. Going with the 4km statistic.
BCFS lists 4x4 road to trailhead as 4.5km long - useful for tracking stats from chwk lake road.
Goes to the site of an old forest lookout. Trail continues past to Mt. Williams/Williams Ridge.
