Accessed from the southern end of Banff National Park.
Details
The trail runs from the southern end of the park through the Upper Shunda River Valley, Mount Assinboine Area and the Sunshine-Egypt Lake complex. It ends on the Banff-Radium Highway. Between Currie Creek and Marvel Pass, there is avalanche debris making the route difficult. Egypt Lake Campsite provides an overnight resting spot.
