Directions
Follow Highway 99 North to Mount Currie, then turn right for Lillooet. 5 km past Joffre Lakes Provincial Park, just past the Cayoosh Creek bridge #1, turn left onto the Cayoosh Creek Forest Service Road. You will know if you're in the right place if you see a large salt shed (green roof) very close (50m) to the turnoff. If you have 4WD, travel the FSR 2 km to the trailhead - the road was recently brushed out by the Whistler ACC in summer '06.
Details
This trail shares the same start as the Marriot Basin trail (http://www.clubtread.com/Routes/Route.aspx?Route=103). At the junction with a little sign nailed to a tree - follow the arrow with Rohr on it.
Eventually you will end up into a little sub alpine basin, and the trail becomes a little hard to find. In summer, the best way is to follow the slope up to your right, and you will end up a few metres above the lake. The section from the subalpine basin to the lake is steep and can be very muddy, even in dry weather.
