Details

Begin at the gate and join the crowd ( usually ) for a steep climb up the side of Grouse Mountain. This is a great trail for a workout and a fun hike but not for the solitude of the wilderness experience. Please allow adequate time to complete the route and heed all warning signs posted. Be prepared: bring water, adequate clothing, food, and a headlamp for emergency lighting. The Grind is a rugged mountain trail subject to changing conditions !

Once you make it to the top you can return via the Grouse Mountain Skyride down to the base for a fee of ten dollars as normal descent is now prohibited by the mountain resort.
