The uppermost 1/2 km of the trail (Mount Seymour Road to Cabin Trail) is used by mountain bikers, but the remaining 3 km is mostly or entirely hiking. From the top, go right on TNT where the CBN 0 sign (in orange) marks the start of the Cabin Trail. From the bottom, take the Mystery Trail to where it crosses TNT, or take the Powerline Trail to the base of the trail.
