Directions

Laverty Lake Trailhead: From the northwest entrance to Fundy National Park (Wolfe Lake) follow highway 114 for 12km. Turn left onto the Laverty Lake autotrail. Follow the autotrail (a gravel road) for 4km. A sign indicates a left turn onto the short spur road to the Laverty Lake trailhead where there is a small parking lot.

Bennett Lake Trailhead: From the northwest entrance to Fundy National Park (Wolfe Lake) follow highway 114 for 7km. Turn left into the Bennett Lake parking lot. The trailhead is located at the far end of the beach.

Details

The trail from both trailhead leads through mixed forest on a rocky, rooty and sometimes damp trail. At Tracey Lake there are 3 campsites: one in the woods at the southwest corner and two at the north end where there is also a nice open clearing for picnicking.
