Directions

Heading East on Louheed Highway past mission turn left on Sylvester Road. Keep following this road straight and you will come to the end of the paved road. From here the road is known as Lost Creek FSR. Follow this road 2.4 km keeping left at forks in the road. When you arrive at the first bridge cross it and park on the West side of the road (should be your left). The trailhead is found on the other side of the bridge on the east side marked with orange diamonds.

Details

The trail starts out in the forest and heads up the hill. You will meet back up with an FSR (Lost Murdo FSR) and turn left. Following up the FSR you will stay left and ignore the two turnoffs to the right. Less than one hour on the FSR you will arrive at the marked trail head on the right hand side of the road. Take this trail up past McKay Lake and up to the Peak.
