Details

This trail is one of the best places to view golden-needled alpine larch in late September, and it is the approach to the spectacular viewpoint atop Fairview Mountain. Fairview summit is the highest trail-accessible point in the mountain parks.

From the Saddleback trail, there is access to the Moraine Lake-Paradise Valley and Sheol Valley trails.
